I tried reaching out to getopenspaces.com about a problem with my order, the whole thing left a bad taste. The replies took forever, and when they did respond, it felt like they were barely reading what I was saying. I had to explain the same issue more than once, which made me start wondering if they were just trying to dodge actually answering me. The product itself might be fine, but the support experience was frustrating enough that I wouldn’t order from them again

I had to wait quite a while for my refund, which was already frustrating, but the way customer service handled it made it worse. I felt like I was being talked down to when I asked for updates. Not a great experience overall.

My order finally showed up late, which was annoying. Not exactly thrilled with the whole “express shipping” experience, if that’s what we’re calling it.

I feel kind of misled by this purchase. It looked really nice online, so I figured the quality would match the price, but once it arrived, it just didn’t feel worth what I paid. Shipping wasn’t cheap either, which made it even more disappointing. It’s not terrible, but there are definitely cheaper options out there that do the same thing. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I ordered from getopenspaces.com for the first time, the packaging was disappointing. The box showed up bent and beat up, and one of the items inside had scuff marks like it had been sliding around during shipping. I get that things can happen in transit, but for the price, I really expected it to be packed more securely. Not the best first impression, unfortunately

I don’t know why, but I expected these bins to hold up a little better. They look nice and work fine, but they started getting scuffed up faster than I thought they would

I picked up a few storage bins from Open Spaces, i do like them. They look clean in my closet and make everything feel a little more put together.

The quality is solid too. They don’t feel cheap or flimsy, and the lids actually fit nicely, which is more than I can say for some other bins I’ve tried.

I’m only docking a star because the price felt a bit steep, though to be fair, I probably bought them at a bad time when I was already trying not to spend much. Still, they’re good quality, and I’d consider buying more later.

I don’t mean to be rude, but the site just feels really plain and a bit outdated. It’s hard to enjoy browsing when everything looks so dull and uninspired. A cleaner, more modern design would definitely make a better impression.

Putting this together was alright, but the instructions didn’t exactly make it easy on me. Most of it made sense, then a couple steps were weirdly confusing and slowed me down. I got there in the end, and it looks fine once it’s all assembled, but they could’ve made the process smoother.

This was frustrating. I expected it to fit on my shelf, but it ended up being way smaller than I pictured and just didn’t work for the space at all. Kind of annoying because now I have to figure out something else.

I really wanted to like these because they do look nice, but the bins barely hold anything and the lids keep popping off for no reason. I bought them for my closet, how is this okay? They’re more frustrating than useful.
